That's an internet issue. Call your internet provider and ask them what speed you have. You'll need AT LEAST 6mbps to stream standard definition. And that's if it's only you in the house using internet. 30Mbps would be preferred.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Our problem wasn't a bandwidth problem but we had a related problem. We couldn't get a consistent WiFi signal. I suspect the problem I had was there are too many devices that use the 2.4 GHz frequency WiFi and my 5 GHz did not have enough range. After several sessions with Comcast, they remotely increased the output of my 5 GHz on the gateway router and now it works fine without any problems. If the WiFi gets interrupted because of crowded channels, I can see it being possibly interpreted as insufficient band width by the TV.
