Pretty sure the Samsung QLED's are available currently. Not sure what Sony model you're trying to refer to. Sony offers their Bravia XBR series TV's in the 55" and 65" sizes as the X930E and the 75" is the 940E. The difference is the two smaller televisions are edge lit LED's using a proprietary new technology called 'Slim Backlight Drive+" (where traditionally edge lit LED tv's had a single row of LED's along one side, for the Slim Backlight Drive+ models Sony has doubled the rows of LED's and placed them along both the top and bottom edge, then uses two "guide" panels to direct the light into local zones) but the 75" 940E uses Full Array Local Dimming (FALD) back lighting. Both have the more powerful X1 Extreme processor. So you're after either the XBR-65X930E as a 65" TV, or the XBR-75X940E as a 75" TV. BTW....Sony also uses QLED technology but unlike Samsung which puts its Quantum Dots into the LCD panel around the pixels, Sony puts their Quantum Dots into tubes and shines the LED's through them as part of the back light. (I have a 2016 XBR-55X930D which uses the first gen Slim Backlight Drive with two rows of LED's along both the left and right edge, same two guide panels and Q-dots. Also uses the slightly less potent X1 (non-extreme) processor. While the reviews I read say the E model is a better picture, I am very happy with both the picture and performance of my D model. And since I am not receiving anything in return for my comments, the one third of the price of the E model I paid for an open box D model made a big difference.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can order some of them already, even if they aren't displayed yet. The change usually happens late March to maybe early May. You should see a few on display in the next few weeks, if you're waiting for that.
