There is no difference in resolution - it is 4K for both. IMHO it is just a marketing term. Samsung came with new line of products with some improvements (240 Hz refresh rate instead of 120, some processing filters which are supposed to provide crisper video, and Quantum Dot for better colors) and called it SUHD. It does look crisper/more vivid when presented in stores, but it is hard to say how much better it will look with real life content.
