I think that possibly may be because this specific television is actually LAST year's model (2015) so they probably don't sell them anymore now that they are almost into 2017. Even when I purchased this television a few months ago, it was only still there because it was a display model that they had hanging up on the wall and had recently taken down. Hope my answer helps and that you find yourself the perfect TV for you! A great idea if you want a deal is to ask if they do have any floor models or old models from last year (which are still very, very nice) as long as you don't mind it not being right out of the box and having a limited warranty. I trust a name like Samsung to last me so I did it. :) Good luck!
