Is it just Netflix or other apllications?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem. Run the software update under the Support section of the menu. Once I ran it everything worked fine, Anytime you get an Internet enabled box (TV, Receiver, Blu Ray Player, etc) updating the software should be the FIRST thing you do after making sure the basic functions are working and the Internet connection is up and running.
