Check your audio source, audio / video cable, and if any apps are running on the TV. Sometimes the volume will go down if app is doing something or you get alerts. Also check settings - there may be something saying to lower sound or interrupt sound when there is an alert or background activity.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure what the problem might be. My Bose system works perfectly. I'm connected to the TV through my receiver only when using Netflix or another program through the TV, my sound comes to my receiver through the optical connection from my DirectTV receiver or Blu-ray DVD player.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's kinda weird that both of your units had the same defects.. It sounds like it's not the tv.. But something else you have hooked to your tv.. I have not had this problem with mine, nor have I heard of anyone else having this problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We were having problems too with the volume where it would jump volume numbers using the remote, it would go from 6 to 8 for example. It didn't happen all the time.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. What is your video source? Do all sources, like a Blu Ray or DVD player have the same problem? That's an unusual problem, especially with two sets in a row.
