A:AnswerYou have to go into your settings on your Mac. Than go to display settings. In there you can chose how you want the tv monitor to work. Either as a ‘mirrored display’ or ‘extended display’. You can also choose to make it the main display or secondary.
A:AnswerMost cases its 6" above opening plus 1/8th per inch it protrudes out. I would say to be save at least 18". I down sized TV from 75" to 65" after a recent upgrade from wood stove to gas fireplace. Here is a link I used as a reference. Check your local codes.

A:AnswerThere are standard ones from Samsung interface, but you can download and install pretty much most streaming apps out there. There hasn’t been one I use that I couldn’t found in the Samsung App Library.
