“Is it possible to get one which is compatible with 240v? I intend to ship one where our power voltage is 240v as opposed to 110v”

Check the operating parameters. Sometimes the TV has a smart converter that adjusts for 240v and 120v. If okay, it would mean purchasing an adapter for the plug.
