“My background lighting is way off. Have it set to 11 and it’s still very dark. Anyone else have this problem. How do I warranty or return this TV”

• Try turning of the energy saver feature

• Call the 1800 number for assistance. My lighting was off too and I had to turn off an automatic feature that adjusted the brightness but I don't remember the feature name. They were helpful at that number.
