QuestionI currently have a LG 60UJ63 . I want to purchase this tv. The lg has a optical out, that im running to my pioneer Elite receiver. Does this tv have optical out ? Or will I have to get another HDMI cable to run to receiver ? Thanks

- Answer I believe they do. The MU8000 does for sure. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, though, and it does make it easier to plug devices in.

QuestionI'm installing this tv above a mantel. I'm not wanting to see the box or cords. Can the box hook to the back of the tv ?

- Answer The tv does not have any spot on the back to mount the one connect box. It does have a decent cable management system to run the cables inside the legs of the tv but not for wall mounting. Sony and lg TVs don’t have the inconvenient one connect box and can easily mount to a wall without cable clutter.

- Answer The prices vary over time. I️ bought my Samsung - 65" Class (64.5" Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range three weeks before Black Friday; Nov 1st to be exact. I️ had a feeling that the price would drop from 1500, I️ just wasn’t sure how much. I️ spoke with a sales rep and he informed me that if the price drops within 15 days you can bring in your reciept to get the lower price; and that’s exactly what i did. I️ watched B.B. weekly ads and sure enough the price went from 1500 to 1300. BB gave me back the difference of 200 dollars.

- Answer No. The smallest option to foot mount this TV is roughly 43”. Sorry! Maybe time for an entertainment center upgrade? Or a cheaper option that takes a little more work is to wall mount. The nice thing about this model is you only have to run one cord up to the TV. It has a separate cord box you can place anywhere convenient. Finally!!

- Answer Lie the tv face down on a flat surface and on clean soft blanket. The 2 metal stands should wiggle out. One stand might have cords running through it. You will need to get the thin plastic cover off to free the cords. I think removing the plastic cover is the most difficult part and unfortunately, I'm not sure how I managed to get it off. I just fiddled with it like you would if you were trying to open a tv remote to switch out the batteries. I hope that helps!

- Answer I also have Dish Network, however they came to install it AFTER I bought the TV. But having Dish for TV means using the DISH remote control. We use the TV remote for some things, like using the smart apps built in, and modifying and adjusting the settings. If BB comes to install your TV I"m sure that they will program everything for you, otherwise a quick Google search will do it to.

- Answer Yes there is. If you've already removed it, you may need to calibrate it by changing video settings in the menu.
