“I am considering purchasing a Q70 for my outdoor patio. I plan to have it mounted and enclosed in a wooden framed case that opens when the tv will be used. I do not have the $ to purchase a Samsung outdoor tv and I believe this tv will be sufficient. Lmk”

It is not recommended for outdoor use. I don’t believe putting it in a case will solve humidity or moisture issues.
