“We just purchased this system. The surround sound speakers are barely audible during TV viewing unless it’s a movie that is compatible. We’ve tried boosting the rear surround sound speakers as much as we can for TV viewing but to no avail.”

Stuart, I had the same issue with the Q-90. With the rear speaker volume set at +6 (Max) very little sound even when watching Dolby Atmos source. Also soundbar right up-firing speaker became distorted. Returned soundbar to BestBuy
