The TU690T TV does not have Voice Assistants built-in. You can however connect an external Alexa device to the TU690T TV. A:AnswerAfter hours of working with Samsung representatives through chat I was told that my issue would be escalated and Samsung would contact me within 48 hours. No contact and no resolution, thanks Samsung! Looks like I’ll be taking this television back and replacing it with a better brand.
