• After hours of working with Samsung representatives through chat I was told that my issue would be escalated and Samsung would contact me within 48 hours. No contact and no resolution, thanks Samsung! Looks like I’ll be taking this television back and replacing it with a better brand.

• Play with the sound output set it do direct or RAW. If all else fails buy a Roku TV stick. The latest Roku PRO even supports Dolby Atmos
