A:AnswerI haven't experienced any issues with my 4k. Note upon the completion of installation, I replaced my network provider as the old one had a lot of degrigation with all peripherals. Once replaced and upgraded, all network issues were resolved and my 4k Samsung was optimal as it relates to clarity and amazing colors.
Not sure if this addresses your issue.
A:AnswerA heavier cable is simply not needed. The wire gauge is determined by the current draw of the appliance, which in this case is the tv. These new tv’s are extremely energy efficient.
A:AnswerThe main difference is full array backlighting compared to edge backlighting. Regional backlighting will give you more even brightness across the entire screen where edge backlighting can sometimes be brighter in areas closer to the edge of the screen. The Q90 will have a better picture because it offers full array with local dimming.
A:AnswerI didn’t have it professionally installed by BB. However, I did ask that question and they will not move the plug. Yes, you will need an electrician for that. They only cover basic installation.
