Q: QuestionAre there instructions to change the Bespoke 4 Door panels? Specifically, the middle drawer panel. I ordered an extra panel, but the delivery people didn't install it, and I'm hoping to order an additional set.

• A:Answer Highly doubt it. The panel color come prefabricated, is beneath the glass panel. Therefore you're stuck with whatever Samsung sell on your market. In Korea they sell over 256 models (colors and patters) plus fully customizable ones. In US there are only a handful of colors and they just started with the customizable ones.

Q: Questiondo you have to Ad 4 panels to cart or just top and bottom colors?

• A:Answer I bought my fridge at the store and worked with a sales consultant, made things much easier. But if that is not possible, yes the panels are separate if you want something special, I got them in white and yes they are an add-on and be careful, the lower panels are a different size (smaller) than the upper panels. They are approximately $100 each. I am not sure what the standard panels are that the fridge comes with, I suspect they are stainless steel but I did not want that.

I have had absolutely no problem with cracks or structure or usability of this product. I am exceedingly happy with it. I have had the glass panel on my freezer door since July of this year.
