you have 180 days to redeem it so if its past that you cant get it

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cant get the google drive deal because I did so previously for a different chromebook under my gmail address. If this is the case for you, just reset the new chromebook and set it up using a gmail address that hasn't previously been used for a google drive offer. Otherwise, I have no suggestions.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue...try doing a "powerwash" and then set up the computer over again. I had to do it twice to get the goodies that were being offered.
