- Answer Yes* it will work if you put it in a full size SD card adapter. *HOWEVER, you must have updated the Wii console menu to version 4.0 or higher. It is free and easy to do, and it will enable support of up to 32GB SD cards. Without version 4.0, this card will not work because only 2GB max is supported.
