Just to clarify, if you look at the listing, under Specifications-->Memory-->Type of Memory (RAM), you will find the note that it states the RAM is "LPDDR4X." Any RAM designation that starts with "LP" is soldered to the motherboard, and therefore cannot be swapped out.

Please try again later.For the "Anonymous" person who doesn't know the difference between the Questions section and the Answers part: No, there is no external "accessory you can add to boost ran [sic] externally," at least not on this machine. This is especially true now that computer manufacturers have migrated almost entirely to SSD storage, rather than the traditional platter hard drives. USB 4 is much better for that purpose, as is buying a computer that can use a separate GPU, or will accept the addition of RAM.
