Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know which "it" you are conversing with, but there is nothing I can find on the Best Buy page that states anything remotely like that. As reply from Samsung support states, there is no problem installing the Chrome browser, or many others you might want in the future (Opera, Firefox, etc.). Also, ANY browser can be used to access Gmail; you don't need a specific browser to do it. Just open any browser and type "https://mail.google.com/" in the URL field (without the quote marks, of course), then hit the Enter key. Gmail will come up, and you just have to sign in with your User Name and Password.
