• If they're Samsung phones, yes, they're multi-point earbuds.

• Yes once you connect to both devices it gives you the option to switch. In my case it's automatic when I'm paired to my tab s7 and my s21u and I get a call it will switch on its own

• If it's samsung buds and you're using on 2 different samsung devices then yes, it it's samsung and another brand of phone or device, no you can not
