“There is no "wearable" App in the Apple App Store for these Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Is there any other App in the Apple App Store that will work with these ear buds. I have tried the Galaxy Apps but they do not recognize these ear buds.”

I googled and the app popped up and i installed it.

To connect your Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to an iPhone, you'll need to pair them via Bluetooth directly. The Galaxy Wearable app is not supported on iOS devices for the Buds 3 series.
