• Yes, if you trade them inside the store they'll give you a gift card with the value of the AirPods, if you do it online they'll refund you for the amount after the trade-in is verified.

• If the option shows on the drop-down list from the 'trade in' section on the right of the product page, then I would imagine so. I can't remember if I seen the option when I purchased mine.
