The ring tracks your sleep, heart rate, blood oxygen level, skin temperature, auto detects exercise, walking and running, you can use it to initiate your camera to take pictures with pinch gestures. It also does not have a subscription. It is a great product but suffers from severe battery degradation with many people stating that it stops working completely before 20 months of ownership. For me personally mine and my partners both stopped working within 18 months completely. I have two more that are on the same trajectory but they were all purchased within six months of the release so I was unaware. There is a generation two version by Samsung scheduled to be released in 2027 so if you haven't purchased yet, wait. They have taken their time with the second generation which was originally supposed to be released in late 2025 early 2026.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It measures most everything a fitbit or watch would measure such as steps, exercise, sleep, stress levels, blood oxygen. I bought this specifically to track my steps since i don't always wear my watch. I've only had my ring a short time and so far I really like it's functions.
