I bought it online and activated it from home. I transferred my data from my s8+ to my s10+ myself. It will walk you through the process step by step.

You can bring it in and the cell staff will help you but it really is easy to do it yourself. All you have to do is back up your old phone through their app and everything will transfer over when you activate or depending on what phone you had prior you can just switch out sim cards.

You can go in and they will help you. I purchased mine on line and after I received it, went in and they help me activate and copy everything from my old phone
