• You finish your payments for the phone, you don't keep making them. Just for the service.

• You owen the phone .so you don't pay for that any more ull pay for just the plan

• Once you've paid off your phone, you just pay for service. But please keep in mind to continue to have your phone covered as far as damage of any kind. I let the coverage drop and 2 wks later cracked my phone and it wasn't covered. Hopefully this helps
