A:AnswerThere may be an option to purchase a warranty, other than the manufacturer's warranty, from Best Buy. I do not believe Best Buy offers a warranty backed by them at no cost...other than a return with restocking fee within a specific time frame. You would need to contact Best Buy personnel if you are interested in a Best Buy warranty.

A:AnswerNo, but I had an awful experience trying to use it with Boost.
I bought the Unlocked S10 to replace an S7 I currently use with Boost Mobile. Because I was told I could use any sim card in the phone I bought an AT&T, 30 day, prepaid, no contract sim card and activated it to use while traveling.
When I returned home and tried to switch from my old S7 to my new S10, Boost said the phone was not compatible because it was activated with an AT&T card. I was back and forth between BB, AT&T and Boost Mobile stores and the customer service help lines and was finally told I could try to use the phone with Boost after 3 months (the time it would take for AT&T to release it).
So my $1000 Unlocked S10 was unusable with my provider even though it is a universal unlocked phone. Now that I can finally use the phone it's already last years model. FBB
