You can, but only certain BB are open, and you may have to make an appointment. Buy the phone online from BB, they will pre-install the Simcard, and you can activate the phone through your carrier's website or call them. That is what i did, piece of cake. And they will walk you through transferring all your info from your old phone to the new. It is very easy. You can do it.
