• A:Answer The unlocked phone does not have a sim card usually the carrier will provide the sim card, for example Hello Mobile sends you a card when you sign up with their plan. if you already have a carrier they will usually give you an upgraded sim if they are a 5G carrier. Otherwise you can use your old sim card if it fits the slot.
