I don't know if best buy does but all you need to do is use the Samsung Smartswitch app or another app like AT&T mobile transfer app. It's pretty easy.
I bought my wife a new unlocked Samsung S21 and transfered all her stuff from her Samsung S8. It was easy. But I had hers shipped to our house from Best Buy.
