• Most carriers allow a customer to leave/cancel at any time as long as they re not in a device lease. Since this is an unlocked phone, you will not have a lease agreement on it. Unless you enter into some agreement, you should be able to leave whenever you want. Porting (or taking your number to another carrier) is different and there may be rules around that, like waiting 60 days before porting to a new carrier.
