Good luck getting answer for that. I’ve been calling and calling yet can’t seem to get any answers. But on the website it shows that if you buy it you’ll receive it in a matter of days however I bought mines on the 25th yet all I keep getting the run around. They’re selling phones that they don’t even have nor know when they’ll even get cuz apparently Samsung is only sending so many at a time and they don’t even know when they’ll be getting more. Or so that’s what I keep being told. Seems as if this phone is in high demand and are backordered. But are still selling it when they don’t have any in stock nor know when they’ll have any either. It’s bs
