Q: QuestionHello, does UNLOCKED means it can be used worldwide with any carrer? Im not an US resident and i would like to know if i buy an UNLOCKED S24 it can be used in my country with the carriers we have here. Thank you!

Q: QuestionMy back camera isn’t working, it states “warning camera failed” and it won’t allow me to take any pictures. Whenever I try to use my flashlight it says camera is in use on WhatsApp. I used the Samsung members app and it told me what the issue was.

• A:Answer The Samsung S24FE comes with the USB-C cable, if you have a computer with a USB-C port you can charge from that. Otherwise you'll need to purchase a USB-C charger that plugs into a wall plug. They are very inexpensive, perhaps you have one from another device?
