• A:Answer First you collect your s24 ultra from best buy then you have to ship your trade in device within 15 days to samsung location ( you will get details in email from samsung once you pickup your s24 ultra). At best buy you have to only collect your s24 ultra.

Q: QuestionWhy are you limited to only titanium black 512GB models for S24 ultra models on AT&T? I'd order one if you would let me order violet. Other sites (Samsung, AT&T, Costco, etc.) support other colors.
