If you need assistance, the Geek squad at your local Best Buy store can help. You'll need to make an appointment (you can do this on line through their website) and if you are a Total Member, there is no cost. You should also be able to find tutorials online. I would suggest, however, that you call your local Best Buy and explain what you need and they can suggest the best route for you to go.
