Here are a few differences between the Galaxy S25 and the S25+: the battery on the Galaxy S25 offers 4000mAh (up to 29 hours of video playback) vs the S25+ which offers 4900mAh (up to 30 hours of video playback). The S25 weighs 162g while the S25+ comes in at 190g. You have a 6.2" FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X main display on the S25 while the S25+ offers 6.7" QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display.
