    • Answer My understanding is yes they will give back your old phone or they may offer you less then they originally said they would give you. Just remember you will be paying full price for the new phone if for some reason they reject the trade in.

  • Questioncan a sims card be installed for extra memory?

    • Answer No, the S25 Ultra does not have a SD card slot to expand the memory. I have seen sales where the 512 GB goes for the same price as the 256 GB model. You might want to check into this. They also have a 1TB model that is a bit more expensive. That would be another option if you need a lot of storage. Check your current phone and see how many pictures and other data like music is being used. That can give you an idea of how much memory you might need.
