“How do I get my contacts, pictures, apps etc transferred to my new phone if I buy it at BEST BUY? I am a senior and not very tech savy.”

Don't worry about your pictures or other files The Samsung staff in the store transfer all your files, pictures even apps to your new Samsung device!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you buy in person at a Best Buy retail store, they can do this for you when you activate the phone on site. Otherwise, Samsung makes an app called Smart-Switch that can help you do this if you are upgrading from an older Samsung phone. You can also Google this and find lots of options and guides on how to do this. Goodluck!
