I received my card at the time of purchase.

Please try again later.If you were supposed to get gift cards with your purchase then you would have gotten them at the close of the transaction from the best buy associate. I would check your receipt and see if any were activated during that purchase. If you didn't get them you need to go speak with a manager. They will be able to look up the cards issued on that transaction and see that you didn't use them and get you new ones. The downside is that this may take some investigation on the managers part and may take a couple of days. Hopefully this isn't because of a dishonest employee.
