Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To get the price offered it must be with a 2 year contract with a carrier. Are you current with whatever carrier you are currently with, if not the balance must be paid before you can upgrade or renew your contract for 2 years. After all that has been done you should be able to purchase the phone. If questions contact your current carrier and ask why you are unable buy a new phone with a new contract.
