QuestionIs it normal that the box is not sealed and looks used? The phone and other accessories look good. Also, it's my second order. The first one I am going to return because that one couldn't connect to wifi and it consumed power real quick like a used one.

- Answer The price fluctuates frequently with different carriers offering deals daily. If you purchase online you can have someone pick it up in store for you as long as you add it into your purchase notes. They will need an ID to pick it up. Enjoy this phone. It is worth every lenny.
