Can i buy it unlocked? null

Not from Best Buy or any retailer because only Carriers sale it or sale it for a carrier but you can get it unlocked, just check with the 3 carriers and ask what are the unlocking details

Not from Best Buy but T-Mobile will unlock after 30 days and I'm sure AT&T will charge you but it's a GSM device so you have to be on GSM either those two or one of their MVNO's
