“Does it come with preinstalled applications such as Facebook and if so can I uninstall it ( not just disable it ) because I do not trust them or any other social media site. They do not need to have their software on my own device for their personal gain.”

A few pre-installed Samsung apps, but as with their phones, you can disable or uninstall non-essential software. No social media apps are preinstalled.
