You can easily adjust the screen brightness of the Galaxy Tab A9+ according to lighting conditions or your personal preference. Here's how: 1. From Settings, tap Display. 2. Customize options under Brightness: - Drag the Brightness slider to set a custom brightness level. - Tap Adaptive brightness to automatically adjust the screen brightness based on the lighting conditions. * You can also adjust screen brightness from the Quick settings panel. To keep your tablet charged when you need it most, you can use various Samsung chargers and accessories, including the 15W Power Adapter, 25W Power Adapter, and the 25W Wireless Portable Battery Pack, which is compatible with the device. Although the Tab A9+ does not support wireless charging, it can be charged via USB using the Portable Battery Pack. The tablet features internal storage that can be expanded with a MicroSD card of up to 1TB, and you can also use a USB Type-C 1.8m 3A cable for connectivity.   • QuestionWhen Samsung does an update for this tablet does it include updates that only work for a Samsung phone. We had a Samsung tablet in the past and every time an update was done it had items for the phone not just the tablet and ended taking up space.

    • Answer This tablet does not have a sim card slot and is not a cellular model. It is wifi only. Samsung provides 4 years of software updates. Samsung does not sell unlocked tablets in the USA at this time.

  • QuestionDoes the Galaxy A9+ support the full Dex on a monitor experience, or just Dex on device?

    • Answer Just Dex on the device. In order to get monitor support, you need USB 3.2 Type-C which 3.2 Type-C supports DP 1.4 on most devices (90% of all computers and tablets). This tablet has 2.0 Type-C which means Dex on a monitor isn't possible because Type-C 2.0 cannot support DP 1.4 firmware wise.
