• if you want to use it where there is no wifi signal, use your phone as a "hotspot" and you can connect this tablet to the internet through the phones data.

• The base version is wifi only. It can be used anywhere wifi is available for connection. It is a tablet... anywhere you take it, it CAN be used, albeit offline.

• You do not need a wireless provider to use this tablet, and yes this tablet can be used anywhere that there is WiFi.
