- Answer You don't really need a cellular sim card, if you have wi-fi in your house or can access free internet from your cable provider or library, Starbucks, Whole Foods, etc. Or, you can use your phone's "hotspot" to connect the tablet to the internet. Much cheaper over all

- Answer I'd check to make sure you're using the proper charge cables ~ if that is not the issue, returning it with your receipt should allow for you to obtain a new one ~ I'd suggest having them test the charging feature prior to leaving the store though...

- Answer This tablet doesn't have the option of using a cell SIM card for phone calls. It should be able to connect to any WiFi network. But making phone calls using a SIM card won't work.

- Answer From the Home Screen, slide your finger down from the top. A menu will appear, and the symbol for wifi should show. Touch the wifi symbol, it should light up and connect to your home wifi system. You should turn the TabE wifi off when you're not using it, it's a battery hog.

- Answer You can use any normal stylus to write on the TAB E. But you have to be using an app that will allow "drawing". The text you write will be saved as a picture. Check Google Play for an app that will do handwriting conversion to text.

- Answer Here's the link to the Samsung site that has the manual. You should be able to go to that site on your phone and download the manual as a PDF. - Answer Yes, it will play video, but first you must transfer the video file onto the tablet. Assuming the video is on your phone, you could make a Blue tooth connection between the phone and the tablet and do the transfer there.

- Answer There a two kinds of Tab E. One kind connects to the internet via wi-fi, so no sim card required. The other kind does direct cellular internet access. Those are all are from a carrier, such as Verizon and ATT
