A:AnswerThe surface has a great setting for lighting and you can easily be seen when out in the sun I don't have it set very bright and I can see it just fine. you can set it even higher if you want, just keep in mind, the brighter the shorter the battery life.

A:AnswerYes, when setting up Kids Mode it will ask you to create a child's profile and a parents profile. In the parents profile you are able to customize the tablet and choose what games and content they have access to and set up time limits and restrictions. It will also ask you to set up a passcode to ensure that only you have the ability to make changes to the content displayed.
