• My 256Gig came with a charger, cord, sim card extractor pin, and something that looks like a claw. (Purchased from best buy)

• Of course it does! How else would Samsung you expect to charge it? Any tablet comes with one. Finding another one however. may be a daunting task. I cannot find a quick charge one.
