• Somewhat. It gets tricky, because the tablet will try having you download a paid version of adobe if you want to write on it. So usually I download it through the tablet’s notes app. So far I haven’t had any pdfs that can’t download onto the notes app though.

• Yes, the samsung notes app will allow you to convert it to a note and annotate that way, OR if you have another PDF editing software like Adobe you can get their app!
