QuestionHow do you get the battery to last. Salesperson had same watch, his battery lasts 3 to 4 days. My battery needs to be recharged every day and a half. Anyone else having the same problem? Does anyone have a solution to extend the charge life?

- Answer It might be an app running in the background. I would go to the settings of the watch and evaulate and then check the phone settings. My battery typically last about 3 days. If your warranty is still active I would have the geek squad take a look.

QuestionIf the galaxy 3 watch doesn't have a screen protector already on it Then what am I seeing on my watch that looks like a screen protector and should I take it off before adding a protector.

- Answer The item that you see that looks like a screen protector is a protective film to prevent scratches during transit. It will NOT prevent scratches from every day use. It will make the screen blurry and touching the screen is more difficult. Remove the film before using it long term and I would recommend getting the screen protector from the company called invisible shield as they will replace the protector should it get damaged or ever falls off the screen as long as you still have the watch of course at no cost. Hope this helps.

- Answer Look it up on utube. My active 2 has the ecg, and heart rate separate. The 3 has oxegen , heart, fall detection. Could have ecg , it doesnt work for me so I didnt even look for it on the 3? sorry.

- Answer if you want to use the watch to make calls and see messages, it best to turn on the Bluetooth for the phone. Before syncing the watch to the phone, Samsung Wearable App needs to be downloaded on the phone for a successful connection.

QuestionI just got this watch Samsung 3 for the ECG and have a LG phone. Why am I not getting the ECG function? If that is the case, the watch is going back to the store.

- Answer Found out that overseas the watch does the ECG function HOWEVER here in the states the FDA has not yet approved the ECG software for the watch so Samsung has the function built into the watch but can't "turn on the function" until it's FDA approved. Once approved Samsung will do an update to the watch allowing us to use the ECG. Hope this helps?
